OKBJ Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the OKBJ platform and its users. OKBJ is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

These terms apply to all users — whether you're newly registered or an existing member. By accessing OKBJ's website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these terms.

OKBJ's Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with OKBJ:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Opening an account on OKBJ is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for account verification.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. OKBJ will never ask for your password by email or phone.

Account Sharing is Prohibited

Your OKBJ account is strictly for your personal use. Allowing anyone else to access your account is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

Keep Your Information Up to Date

If your phone number, email, or payment details change, update your OKBJ profile promptly. OKBJ is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

OKBJ supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposited funds must come from legitimate personal sources only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• OKBJ reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposits.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from OKBJ:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the specified wagering requirements.

OKBJ offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. The bonus must be used for betting, and withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements are met. OKBJ's Welcome Bonus wagering requirement is typically 10–30x.

Cashback & Free Bets

Regular users receive weekly cashback and free bet offers. These offers must be used within the specified timeframe. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• OKBJ reserves the right to close any account found to be abusing bonuses.

• OKBJ reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on OKBJ:

Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is only valid once a confirmation message is received from the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will not be considered a valid bet.

Odds Change

If the odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. Odds move quickly in live betting, so place your bets carefully.

Bet Cancellation Policy

OKBJ may void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are published (clearly erroneous prices).
• A bet incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match fixing or fraud is found.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OKBJ platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.
• Using the platform through fraud, hacking, or any other unlawful means.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions on the account.
• Automated betting using computer software or bots.
• Stealing or hacking another user's account credentials.
• Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward OKBJ staff.

OKBJ believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we actively promote responsible gaming. The following tools are available on our platform:

• Daily betting limit: You can set your own daily maximum betting limit.
• Deposit Limit: You can set weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period whenever you need to.
• Reality Check: A summary of your betting activity will be displayed at regular intervals.

OKBJ may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Court order or government directive.

You can also request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

OKBJ is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to an internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from the user's own errors.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Events beyond our control (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

In the event of any dispute, OKBJ's decision shall be considered final. However, users may raise complaints through our support team, and we will review each case fairly.

OKBJ reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice of any material changes.
